The Analyst II, Business Systems supports documentation of technical requirements and analysis of system behavior while learning systems analysis fundamentals.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC and Mauldin, SC.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with documenting system requirements and user stories.
Support creation of diagrams, flows, and specifications.
Participate in requirement reviews and testing support.
Help identify system issues and document observations.
May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
0-1 years of systems analysis experience through internship, coursework, or labs.
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to diagramming or modeling tools

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
